Deadlines:
  • Registration deadline for Automatic Qualifiers is Monday, May 11th, 11:59pm, EDT
  • Automatic Qualfiers for VASRA-DAY2, NEW YORK, AND MIDWEST will be entered as soon as they are received from respective regional representative.
  • All Rosters must be received no later than 11:59pm EDT, Monday, May 11th
  • Rosters submitted AFTER the April 15th deadline will be assessed a $50 Administrative Late Fee in Regatta Central.
  • Automatic Qualifiers without Rosters may not compete at the SRAA Championship.  Petitions from schools who have not submitted their Rosters by the May 11th deadline will not be considered.
  • The deadline for Petitions is Tuesday, May 12th, at 5:00pm EDT.

We have partnered with TRAVELING TEAMS® to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of regatta approved hotels close to our venue.  It is highly recommended that all teams traveling to this event reserve their hotel accommodations through TRAVELING TEAMS®.

Chuckwagons can be dropped off any time after 8 AM on Thursday.
Restock is available prior to the pedestrian zone being closed to traffic at 6:45am each race day.

​Trailer Arrival :  
Thursday, May 21, 2026, 8:00 AM
Oakridge  will allow early trailer arrival with prior notification to [email protected].  You Must notify Oakridge of you arrival time. You will be told where to park, if you park elsewhere you will be asked to move to your assigned spot. Many trailers need parking, so please park in your assigned spot.

Practice Session: 
Thursday, May 21, 2026, 12:00 pm - 6:00 p.m 
​There is NO practice  Friday or Saturday. Practicing outside the Offical Thursday practice session may result in penalty to the team.
