2026 SRAA Team Eligibility List

NEW ITEMS FOR 2026
1) Allowed academic administrators has been expanded to a broader range - school administrator must be responsible for verifying the academic eligibility of student-athletes and contactable by phone and/or email.

2) eSignature Option now available to automatically send a eSign version via email to your school administrator.

Eligibility lists will ONLY be accepted using the 2026 SRAA form template of information here.
- OLD TEMPLATES WILL NOT WORK WITH eSIGNATURES

Athletes should be listed alphabetically by last name - not by gender. DO NOT separate roster by gender, grade, and/or varsity/novice. 

The athlete's first and last name MUST match your Regatta Central Roster so we can verify athletes when regatta entries are submitted.

You must submit a signed version completed by a school administrator who is responsible for verifying the academic eligibility of student-athletes:
- Principal/Headmaster
- Vice Principal
- Athletic Director
- Academic Dean
- Academic Registrar

2 Options for signed version
1) eSign - when prompted select that you will submit for the eSign option, form will ask for your school administrator name and email. That administrator will automatically receive an email for them to enter their job title, phone, and eSign your submission.

2) Print and Upload to Portal - you can continue to print your submission similar to previous years.

You must submit an Excel version. If you use Google Sheets to create your roster, click File > Download > Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) in Google Sheets to create an Excel version.

Submission deadline for Rosters is Tuesday, April 15, 2026.  The drop-dead deadline for Roster submission is Monday, May 11, 2026, at 11:59pm. Those schools submitting their rosters after the April 15th deadline and before the May 12th drop-dead deadline will be subject to a $50 Administrative Late Fee payable when submitting their roster. Schools who have not submitted their Master Roster by the May 12th deadline, may not compete at the SRAA® Championship.
