Submission deadline for Rosters is Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
The drop-dead deadline for Roster submission is Monday, May 12, 2025 at 11:59pm.
Those schools submitting their rosters after the April 15th deadline and before the May 12th drop-dead deadline will be subject to a $50 Administrative late fee.

Schools who have not submitted their Master Roster by the May 12th deadline, may not compete at the SRAA® Championship.

Rules

The athlete's first and last name MUST match your Regatta Central Roster so we can verify athletes when regatta entries are submitted.

If your eligibility list contains preferred names or anything other than names as they appear on your Regatta Central Roster, you will receive a notice that your regatta entry(ies) contain INELIGIBLE ATHLETES the week of the championship and you will have a VERY LIMITED amount of time to correct them before your ineligible entries are SCRATCHED.

Eligibility Rules

  • Invitations to this regatta are open to qualified crews of any public or private school given to the education of youth.
  • A national scholastic institution must certify the status of the school.
  • Students must be working toward a diploma.
  • All schools wishing to enter must be approved to compete in their state’s public league championship regatta.
  • Composite teams are NOT ALLOWED to race at SRAA®.
  • If an athlete is attending an approved educational or specialized/alternative program (tech and/or educational, etc.), without associated athletic and/or extracurricular activities, and their state educational organization allows these athletes to participate in athletics and or activities for their geographically designated public high school of Residence/Record (Base School), these athletes may participate at the SRAA Championship for their geographically designated public high school.  In these situations, the Public High School of Residence/Record (Base School), for which these athletes are competing, MUST submit a statement from their local or state organization verifying athletic eligibility.  This Statement is required to be submitted with the team roster to participate in the SRAA Championship.
  • No team will be allowed to compete with rowers from more than one public high school or one private high school.
  • SRAA® will follow the 50% substitution rule.  The crew’s lineup that qualified the boat for the SRAA® Championship can only substitute up to 50% of the lineup that races at the SRAA® Championship.
